Heaven is any place where God has placed His presence. The way God creates heavens is by making a person in His image; the environment around that person becomes heaven. Satan's aim is to truncate that making process for the sake of preserving his own existence. Since the fall of man, God has been working on the new Creation, and that is accomplished in Christ Jesus.
