This is a series from the School of Prayer in which Pastor teaches on what kinds of fasting Christians should partake in. He distinguishes between fasting and hunger explaining that what characterizes fasting is a heart dedicated to seeking the face of God. Hunger does not increase the potency of prayer he says. You will learn why it is not necessary to declare extended periods of hunger in the name of fasting.
