What does God truly honour in giving? Many have been taught to 'give your offering a name' or 'tie your seed to a specific blessing' — but the scripture does not support transactional giving. Money in itself is not a spiritual seed. The true seed that registers in heaven is the spiritual principle behind the giver — the motive, the faith, and the obedience. God collects His gifts through various means: the church, the needy, honouring your parents, and those He places in your life. When you give to a Christian in need, you have given to the Lord Jesus Himself. Let your giving flow from a heart of worship and genuine love, not from manipulation or the expectation of a formula.
