What kind of leaders does God raise? Biblical leadership is servant leadership — modelled after Jesus who came not to be served but to serve. True leaders are not those who lord authority over others but those who carry responsibility with humility, integrity, and a shepherd's heart. Whether in the Church, the home, or the workplace, godly leadership is about character before gifting and faithfulness before prominence.
