WALKING BY THE SPIRIT
This message gives practical understanding in what it means to walk by the spirit. Walking by the spirit or being led by the spirit does not mean that God is 'speaking' to you; rather it means you have purified your heart by the word of God so that you are walking according to the spirit of the Law and you are therefore, like Paul said to the Galatians, not under the Law. Every law has a spirit, and it is that spirit that Christ births into the life of every Christian. We must walk continually by that faith. Yes there are special manifestations of the Holy Spirit together with things like dreams and revelation, but walking by the spirit is the everyday life of every child of God |
